For founders who'd rather be building than posting

You sound sharper in the room than you do on LinkedIn.

That gap costs you. Investors who never quite get it. Hires who bounce off your profile. A feed full of founders who sound the same, and yours buried in there with them. I write LinkedIn posts in your voice, from your thinking, so the version of you that lands in the room lands on the page too.

What this is

Four posts a month. Your voice. Written for you.

From £1,000 a month

A monthly retainer for founders who know they should be on LinkedIn and can't make themselves do it consistently. We talk twice a month for thirty minutes. I listen. I write. Four posts go out under your name, on your schedule, in language that sounds like you on a good day, not like LinkedIn on any day. £1,000 is the founding rate while the client list is short.

  • Two thirty-minute calls a month. You talk, I take notes, I write.
  • Four posts a month, drafted within 72 hours of each call.
  • Two rounds of revision on every post. If it doesn't sound like you, we fix it.
  • Posts published on your schedule, under your name.

Every engagement opens with a single 90-minute working session, so the voice is right before the first post goes out. Want to test the work before committing to a month? The session stands alone at £850 — credited in full against your first month if we continue.

Other ghostwriters give you posts. I give you the sentence you didn't know you were reaching for.

Proof

What founders say about working with me.

Dylan helped me see I was selling the product instead of naming the problem. My posts changed after that.
Nelson Omoigui, Endorsings

Nelson and I worked on the articulation behind six months of his LinkedIn posts.

How it works

Three steps. No theatre.

  1. 01Start the conversation.
You write to me below. If it looks like a fit, we have a thirty-minute call: what you do, who you're trying to reach, why your current LinkedIn isn't working.
  2. 02One session proves it.
Every engagement starts with a single 90-minute working session on the thing you most need to say. £850, credited in full against your first month. You leave with language you can use, whether or not we go on.
  3. 03The rhythm begins.
Every two weeks we talk for thirty minutes; I take notes, I write. Four posts a month go out under your name, two rounds of revision on every one. You stay focused on the business. The feed stays full.

Who this is for

For founders who know what they think, but can't make themselves write it down.

This is for you if

  • You sound sharper live than your LinkedIn does.
  • You've started posting consistently three times and stopped three times.
  • Your posts get traction when you do publish, but the consistency isn't there.
  • You'd rather spend ninety minutes a month talking than ninety minutes a week writing.

This is not for you if

  • You want guaranteed engagement, follower growth, or lead numbers.
  • You want a content calendar across five platforms.
  • You want someone to make up opinions for you. I write your thinking, not mine.
  • You're looking for the cheapest option. I'm not it.

Bring me your thinking. I'll bring the sentences.

How I write

The Lens

Recent essays on writing, founders, and the sentences that have to carry weight. The Lens is the easiest way to see how I write before you hire me to write for you.

About

I'm Dylan Galloway. I write The Lens, I'm finishing a novel, and I've spent most of my life noticing the point where someone knows exactly what they mean but loses it when the words have to stand on their own. Ghostwriting is what happens when I do that work for someone else. The monthly fee buys the writing. Not strategy decks, not engagement reports, not analytics dashboards. Just the posts, in your voice, every week, on time. I keep the client list short on purpose.

Start

Let's talk.

Thirty-minute call to see if we're a fit. No pitch deck, no obligation. If we're not right for each other, I'll tell you who is.
